Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from her previous place of taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel had a long break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her degree from college. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place at the level of Fitness despite having zero expectations. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine and seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
